I started CJ Property Services because good homeowners deserve better than unreliable service providers, half-finished work, and no follow-up.
Based in Midlothian. I run this business the way I would want someone to show up at my own home. Professional equipment, proper technique for every surface, shoe covers inside, and a written report before they leave.
No crew of strangers. No subcontractors. When you book CJ Property Services you get me. No shortcuts. No excuses. Show up on time, do the work right, and treat every property like it matters. That is the accountability we built this business on.
How I work
I answer the phone. Call or text and you will hear back same day. Responsiveness is not a courtesy in this business - it is the baseline. If I cannot make it work I will tell you that too.
No guesswork. Professional equipment, proper chemical selection, correct pressure for every surface. Every job is approached the same way with the right technique for the right surface, documented before and after so you can see exactly what was done.
I know my limits.
If something is outside my scope I tell you straight and refer you to someone I trust. I would rather lose a job than overpromise and underdeliver on your property.

I'm based in Midlothian and serve Chesterfield County - Midlothian, Bon Air, Moseley, Powhatan, and surrounding areas. I keep routes tight so I can show up on time and give each job the attention it deserves.
